Cut to Size Acrylic Sheets

This configuration tool lets you order cut to size acrylic sheets directly from the manufacturer.
You can select the dimesnions you like from as small as 15 x 15 mm to as big as 1100 x 500mm.
And since you can customize your sheet with millimetre-precission, 
you can make sure that it fits your requirements 100%.

Prices start at 5,- EUR for one small cut to size part and can go as low as 1,- EUR per additional item 
if you order multiple pieces of the same size.

Material

We use high quality acrylic glass (also known as perspex or lucite) in all of our products.
Acrylic has many advantages over regular glass. It only weighs half as much and is
markedly more resistant to impact (about 10 times a s strong). Transparent acrylic is in fact
more transparent than mineral glass (92% light transmittance for acrylic vs. 90% for glass). 

You can choose from the following materials for your acrylic sheet:

• transparent acrylic glass of 3mm thickness
• transparent acrylic glass of 4mm thickness
• black acrylic of 3mm thickness
• white-satined acrylic of 3mm thickness
• reflective / mirror acrylic of 3mm thickness

Hints for Using the Configuration Tool

The configuration tool uses millimetres for width and height of your sheet. If you only know your required size in inches,
you can take this value and multiply it times 25.4 to arrive at the millimetre value (1 inch = 25.4 mm).

If you like to order more than one sheet of the same size and material, please do not set the quantity next to
the "Add to shopping cart"-button, but in the input field where it says "quantity of sheets". 
This way we can make sure that quantity discount is applied.

If you like to have an acrylic sheet with radiused corners, you can set this option directly in the configuration tool.
Just set the corner radius in millimetres and all four corners of the sheet will be radiused accordingly.

Quality

Your acrylic sheet is made with a laser cutting process. The advantage: laser melts the edges and provides a smooth look.
An annoying deburring or polishing is not required.

Your acrylic sheet comes with a protective foil on the front and back side (mirrored acrylic: only on the front side)
Thereby we ensure that the material is not scratched during processing and shipment.
