In most cases we will be able to stop your order from getting produced or shipped.
How does shipping work?
DHL is our partner for all domestic and international shipments. We will send you an email once our colleagues start putting your order together or when production starts for your custom-sized products. Shortly thereafter, DHL will send you an aumated e-mail with the tracking details for your parcel.
Please note that it can still take one or two working days before the tracking status gets updated for the first time - even if your parcel has already been handed over to the forwarder.
What material are the cases made of?
I know some plastics deteriorate under sunlight. Is this a problem with acrylic glass?
Can I buy an LED lighting system for my case directly from you?
I need custom changes to my display case (for example a cut-out for cables). Can you do that?
What if any part of my display cabinet breaks - can I get replacements from you?
